Return & Cancellation Policy

Order Cancellations:
Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled, and no refunds will be issued. Customers may receive store credit to use on another item, unless the product is made to measurement, in which case cancellations and store credit are not possible. Orders cannot be canceled once they have been delivered.

Returns & Exchanges:
We do not accept returns or exchanges.
Exchanges are only allowed within the first 24 hours of receiving the order and only within the UAE.

Refunds:
No refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
